Memories

Since Leslie did this and I commented I have to do this too. :)
(Does anyone even have a memory of me besides my parents lol?)

Here are the directions:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together.

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

I have a ton of memories with you but a fun one was right after Jeremy and I got married. We took you on a little trip up to Lakeside to play in the snow. I believe it was just a day trip. I think we got pictures of it somewhere or videos. We had a little snowball fight. you talked the whole time asking questions and telling stories...It was pretty fun.

This is long..........(sorry)
My alltime favorite memory of you was when you were just a little squirt (I'd say about twoish)
and your dad and mom went to Lake Powell for a vacation with the family on a house boat, leaving you "safely" with me, since you could not swim and you were always on the go. Well, we still lived in the Covina house and it was time to feed the animals out in the back field. The grass and the weeds were pretty tall and there was a trodden path out to the back field. As I was walking out there with the feed in my arms you were walking right behind me in my tracks. Everytime I would take a step, so would you. As I stopped to look at something along the way, you stopped in real sequence with me and looked at what I was showing you. We had fun all along the way and finally made it to the back field and fed the animals. As we were walking back again we had to take that same trail, you right behind me following everything I did. It made a sweet and memorable impression on me. Then within that same month we had a stake conference and the general authority Elder Christoffersen asked for me at the last moment to bear my testimony and I used our experience as part of my testimony.
I likened myself to a parent or grandparent and that we are always setting an example whether it be bad or good to children and grandchildren and that we must always be careful to lead them in the good righteous paths. And just as with our Savior we need to follow in his footsteps our whole life through. He always guides us and leads us on a straight and narrow path that leads us to heaven.

You were a cutie too at Leslie's wedding catering or hosting to some people from work. YOu were always refilling cups and bringing more cake to everyone. These particular women talked about you for the longest time after that. day.

There is so much for me to say, I love reading others memories of you! I don't have time tonight, but I will come back tomorrow and leave lots of memories, like the Men in Black stuff! You were so cute, you kinda still are! lol
