MVP all night long

I don't even know what to say. It was an amazing game. I was called the MVP by my teammates and the the parents. The score was 23 -9 lol and my team, the Santan Nationals, slaughtered the Gilbert National East team! There were two guys on base at my first at bat and I hit a ball out to center field and it hit the fence (340 feet) and I got a triple which really got my team into the game (this was done with 2 outs). My next at bat struck out sadly, but it happens. Then the next 4 hits were all singles. I got lots of action in left field, some were nice catches, others were just right to me. I did great. The coaches were very pleased, more excited to be honest, with the way I played and they told me that whatever I ate that day I need to eat it more often. I have a few movies of me hitting and stuff.

Nice Hit!

Hope to see you all at my next game!!!!!!! (check my statistics and see when it is)

My Skills On Guitar Hero 3

I got bored this afternoon and decided to video me competing with people around the world on Xbox Live. (It is not the shortest, but still cool to watch)

This game I happened to lose, but it was very close. I lost by 10,000 points which really isn't much. I am on the left.

(Dont forget bout my other post below this one)

Alex, Baseball, and other stuff.

-This post is mainly for my grandma since she asked for another post lol.

Well little Alex is doing just fine now, but still a pain. The first few days after his surgery he was very cranky and you can only be around him for a certain amount of time before he flips out on you. Going swimming with Alex is not very fun because of his ear plugs he has to wear. They always fall out and I have to go searching under water for them every 5 minutes.

Baseball is doing a lot better since my coach has been a little more relaxed and isn't screaming anymore. I'm starting left field which sucks, but it is better than sitting on the bench. My first game is Saturday (if anyone is wanting to go, check my baseball statistics thing on the side). We are also getting our jerseys and stuff tonight and I will take pictures of them and post them. They are very nice.

I was thinking about transferring over to Desert Ridge High School instead of Smith, bu I think I'm going to stay at Smith because I would have a better shot at being first string in sports and being first chair in orchestra.

That's all for now. Hope to see you at my first game!

Going To Be A Rough Day For Alex...

Well tomorrow morning Alex is getting tubes put in. My mom says he will be all drugged up and be just "out of it". Whenever Alex is "out of it" he is just a pain in rear. We bought a bunch of treats that will hopefully cheer him up a bit.

Anyway, baseball.... Not very fun at all. I've been my coaches first baseman all year long and now he puts me in the outfield and treats me like I'm just a complete idiot. He is always yelling at me for stupid little things like, having my arms folded in the outfield while the pitcher is warming up and we haven't even started yet. It also irritates me when the current first baseman makes a mistake, my coach talks gently to him and says its ok you will get it next time, and when i make that same mistake, he yells at me like I've done something terribly wrong. UGH.

Well that's enough for now. I am going to bed.

Happy B-Day Mom! and other news

Today is My mom's birthday. She is turning 34, but to me she looks like she just turned 30. This morning Me and my brothers and sisters gave her to cards that she loved, i hope. One sang a rascal flatts song and the other said, "Happiness is like peeing in your pants. Everyone can see it, but only you can feel it's warmth. It's your birthday . Let your happiness show." I thought that was pretty funny. Me, my dad, and connor went to walmart and got her a food processor, cant tell yet cuz she hasn't opened it.

Anyway I have been busy at All-Star baseball practice everyday in the heat at 6:30 - 8:30. And today I'm going to Bats, Battery, and Biceps place. I have also been at the gym still. I burnt 340 calories and ran 2.6miles on the elliptical thing. I also worked on my arm muscles and did alot of abs again, If I cough or do anything that moves those muscles I feel an explosion of pain lol.

The Gym

Since nothing really exciting has happened lately I thought I would blog about my morning at the Gym. So, this morning I went to the gym with my mom. It was my first time ever going to a gym and lifting weights, so I was kind of clueless. My mom has a pretty strong upper body unlike me, and I have a stronger lower body. My mom taught me how to use some of the machines. I didn't spend much time on the weight machines as I wanted to because my mom was getting worn out except she lasted longer on the arms, and I lasted longer as the legs, as I said earlier.

After all the weight lifting, it was time for our 30 min run, well actually it only lasted 25 minutes. I would run at 8 mph for 3 minutes and walk at 4 mph for a minute and a half. That pattern continued for the whole 25 minutes. I burned 300 calories and ran 2.5 miles :) It was a lot of fun. Hopefully I go Monday to.

My Last Loss

Tonight was my last baseball game of the season against the Yankees. Of course we lose, which i figured we would. The score was 13 - 7. The painful and unfair call of the game, was when the out is at first base, I catch the ball and the big fat runner should be out right? But, he knocks me flat on my tooshy. I slid back about 2 feet on the dirt and I felt a sharp pain between my right pinky and ring finger. It still hurts right now and hurts to type. Hopefully it will be alright.

I was 3 for 3 tonight, all singles. I should have been out on 2 of them. My first hit was right to the pitcher, but he fumbled with it and I was safe. The second was to third base and he missed it. and the third was a solid line drive to left field.

The baseball season is over and now I'm waiting to play All-Stars.

Huntington Beach and Knott's Berry Farm

June 2, 2008 we left Arizona to California. My family and my Grandpa and Grandma Standage stayed in the Comfort Inn. The trip was so much fun. The beach was great. I love the sound of the waves crashing down on the shore and the salty smell, it just amazing. We also went to Knott's Berry Farm. Knott's is so much better than Disneyland. The rides are so much bigger and there are no princesses to annoy you :). The only downfall of Knott's was going to that dumb show of "Camp Snoopy"; ugh that was horribly boring.

Here are some pictures of our trip.

My Report Card...

I wasn't very happy with my report card for the second semester. I had four "A's" and two "B's", I normally get all A's.

The good news though i didn't bomb any of my finals, but the interesting thing is that the classes I have the B's in are the ones I got a B on the final.

Well besides my grade, I'm going to California! I am very excited to go out of town, which I don't do very often. We are going to the beach for 3 days and Knot's Berry Farm or whatever for a day.

That's all I have to say for now.
